The main plant of KEMAP project, the main contractor was the Tenth Construction Company of Sinopec (China). CECC scope included the civil works and infrastructure of ammonia storage tanks and fuel storage tanks foundations and bunded walls, the maintenance workshop buildings, the main substation building, auxiliary boiler foundations and other works.
